Thank you so much for supporting my handmade pottery. Every piece is created, carved, glazed, and packed with care. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your order will ship and what to expect.

Processing Time

All orders ship within 5 business days.
If I anticipate any delay (holiday volume, collection launches, etc.), I will notify you right away.

Shipping Methods & Rates

I ship all orders through USPS.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Packaging & Breakage Policy

I am extremely meticulous with my packaging and use multiple layers of protection to keep your pottery safe in transit. I have never had an issue with breakage — but if something does arrive damaged, I will take care of it.

If your item is damaged in the mail:

  1. Please email a photo of the damage within 48 hours.

  2. I will refund or replace the item (if a replacement is available).

Your happiness means everything, and I want you to love your piece.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, I do accept returns or exchanges as long as the buyer pays return shipping and the item arrives back to me safely and in its original condition.

If you'd like to initiate a return or exchange, just contact me and we’ll make it easy.

Gifts

If you are sending a gift, I’m happy to include a handwritten note. Just leave your message in the notes at checkout.

International Shipping

If you’re outside the United States and interested in purchasing a piece, please feel free to reach out. Depending on the destination, I may be able to ship internationally and will provide a custom quote.
