you'll find everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and what to expect after placing an order.
Collection Drops & Shipping
Each collection is packed and shipped by hand from my Florida studio.
Please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to ship following a collection release. During each launch, I personally wrap and pack every piece to ensure it arrives safely.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If I anticipate any unexpected delays, I'll keep you updated.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Packaging & Breakage
Every piece is carefully packaged using multiple layers of protective materials to help ensure it arrives safely.
If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the damaged piece and the packaging. I'll work with you to make it right, whether that means a replacement (if available) or a refund.
Returns
If your purchase isn't the right fit, I gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and the piece must be returned in its original condition.
Once the piece has been safely received, I'll issue a refund for the purchase price.
Because every piece is one of a kind, exchanges are generally not available.
Gifts
Sending your order as a gift? I'm happy to include a handwritten note at no additional charge. Simply leave your message in the notes at checkout.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries including the UK, Australia, Canada and Singapore. Please send me a message if you are interested in a shipping to a different country please send me a message and I can provide a custom quote.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
International delivery times vary and may be affected by customs processing. While every order is packaged with exceptional care, international shipments may take longer to arrive than domestic orders.
